Sen's Guide on How to Pay the Electric Bill:

1.) Calculate all the payments and prepare the money. If you have a high payment, group the coins and put them in a bag.
2.) Go to the place where you pay the electric bill and wait in line. (If there are a lot of you who'll pay, the guard would usually give you a number)
3.) Approach the person who collects the bills when you are called or when you're number is. Give first the receipt and then the cash.
4.) Wait for half the receipt which the person who collects the bills will give you.
5.) You're done! You've just paid the electric bills. Congratulations!

This is serious ! Very serious!! We may have survived typhoon Cosme (a benefit for living in a house made out of cement, bricks, and stone) but other's weren't so lucky... one of them was my uncle. Some landslides happened in my uncle's place. He has a damaged jaw and a few broken ribs meaning he's gonna be okay... but not for the other guys out there. Thank God we're lucky!
